How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Overglow AI and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How does the face analysis work?

Overglow AI uses advanced AI to analyze your facial features across 10+ categories. Your photos are processed securely and encrypted on your device. We never store your photos on our servers.

Why did my score change?

Your score is anchored to your previous scan and adjusts based on your task completion and consistency. Completing daily tasks consistently for 5-7+ days will lead to gradual improvements in relevant categories.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all data including photos, analysis history, and chat messages. No data is stored on external servers.

I'm not seeing my subscription after purchase.

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription, then contact us.
